My Photo Comments
This Rio was installed inside of an existing Vinyl Lined pool. Home owner was frustrated with replacing liners every 5 years. We had many challenges to complete this project. The biggest was working within the confines of pre-existing landscape. The Rio was deeper than the previous pool. Excavation was required in the bottom of the pool to obtain the depth required. We used Flowable Fill as our back fill material. The Rio has an Exposed Aggrigate border around the top edge. We also installed Four Pal-Trio Lights by Fiberstars for an unbelieveable night light show. If you would like more information on this or any other pool we have constructed please drop us an email

This is my best Pool so far. We had a great client who allowed us to Design and redesign through out the many stages of this pool build. This is a Luxor Deep with an Pool Cover Specialist automatic cover, Fiberstar bubblers on the steps, Fiberstars Lights in the pool, Fiberstar Rain waterfalls ( they were winterized and I could not photograph) Fiberstar Laminars (deck Jects) 3-6004 light generators on remotoe control, Goldline P-16 (salt water) controller runs the entire system from a wireless remote. We also have a sr smith diving board, Grand Effects fire pot, 2-24" square ontop of the front columns adn a 48" square fire table in the center of the raised trex deck. Beautiful pool project and unbelievable at night. We also had a 6' high cinder block fence built around the entire pool area for privacy and installed low voltage lights above inset tile patterns for ambiance. The out door kitchen on top of the raised deck area makes this a very livable pool you never have to leave. All the equipment is Sta-rite, system III cartridge filter, 2 hp pump for features and 1.5 hp for pool and bubblers, 400,000 bthu heater. This pool will be used year round.Come visit I will show this pool off to you.

This WAS a Liner pool the customer got tired of replacing liners every 5 years. We installed a Waikiki I INSIDE of the old pool. We back filled with Flowable Fill to create a exposed edge. I will post completed picture soon

Crested Butte, Colorado. Westwall Resort. Dolphin Pool/ Nassau Spa both units are controlled seperately on PS4 goldline chlorine generators. Each pool is independant. Using the main central boilers heat exchanger as an unlimited heat suppy. We can make the POOL 104 degrees if desired in the middle of January! The largest hot tub at any ski resort! 50" from the chair lift! They are both lite off a single Fiberstar generator, making the pools change color together.
